The Artist Arrives Early
I like to meet at least a month before the big day to discuss the details. Do you have any specific moment in mind you would like to capture? The big kiss? First Dance?
Where do you picture my easel, that will not distract, but allow your guests to be part of the creative process?

PRICES include completed & sealed original art, artist’s time, & materials. Travel expenses from Central Montana are additional when applicable.
THE BIG DAY
I setup my easel and paints at the venue 1-3 hours before the ceremony, to begin capturing the background scene.
Early Guests, Children, and Fellow Artists especially enjoy interacting with the art process. It is my favorite as well and not uncommon for a young or future artist to “help” me with a brush stroke or two.
I am happy to accompany your wedding party and photographer to your pre-ceremony photoshoot for a quick sketch or plein air painting.
I will continue to paint through the ceremony and reception. I am easily able to move my easel and paints to multiple locations throughout the event.
Typically a painting will be nearly complete by the end of the reception. In most cases I will take the wet painting back to my studio for touch up, drying, and sealing.
Delivery is the best part.
I ship, but I prefer Hand Delivery when possible, as I enjoy sharing in the excitement of your special memories celebrated in art!

Oh No! There is another way! If you find I am unavailable on your day for live painting, or if you have a wedding photo that would look incredible as a painting, consider commissioning a painting from photo.
